The Army and the Arts

Our inclination is probably to think of the military experience and the arts as distant and incompatible cousins. But lots of ways to connect productively, and ways that enhance our experience and understanding of each.

Too pieces for you here:

b) a recent reflection on the 20th century’s most important army novel. . . so important that much of its language has entered our everyday speech.
